In 2021, friends and collectors came together to create an association whose purpose is to promote the work of Robert Lapoujade and his artistic approach.

The Association is a non-profit association (as defined by the French law of July 1, 1901), whose headquarters are in Paris,  where it is registered with the Prefecture of Paris. The direction is collegial, represented by the children of the artist.

The association aims to inventory the writings, paintings, drawings and cinematographic works of Robert Lapoujade; to promote their conservation; and to promote his work.

More generally, the association may be part of any type of project allowing the achievement of these objectives and may collaborate in other cultural projects pursuing the same objectives.
